Globacom Ltd is Nigeria?s second national operator in GSM, Fixed, Broadband and Gateway. Its subsidiary, Glomobile Benin started operations in June 2008 and it has also won a GSM license in Ghana, due for operations soon. Another subsidiary, Glo 1, is in the process of launching 9,800 kilometers of submarine cable from Bude in the UK to Lagos, Nigeria with branches in Portugal and West African countries like Senegal, Cote D?Voire, Ghana etc. services of top notch professionals for the position above is thus required.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Candidate will provide strategic direction for the over all operations of various units to achieve Marketing Communications plans, monitor and achieve Marketing Communications Budget, train and develop Marketing Communications team. Candidate must have minimum of BSc in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, Economics or other relevant discipline. MBA, relevant professional courses or any other relevant post-graduate qualification will be added advantage. Minimum of 20 years progressive operational managerial experience with at least 5 years at Senior Managerial level in Telecomunications, especially in Marketing Communications. Proven track record in the development and implementation of strategy for promoting and organization and its products.
